Not the hardest puzzle- it's just possible this card dates from 1906... Sent on March 25th 1906 from Dover by her mother to Mrs Packer of 1 Newington terrace, St Lawrence, it's a little odd to have it sent to the place it describes, but maybe people travelled with a supply of convenient cards. It's a little hard to read, but talks of 'Dad's weight being up' so maybe she was visiting him in the Isolation Hospital at Tower Hamlets in Dover.
